Hi, I’m Sarah Hoffman, MA-MFT.
As a Style Coach, I help my clients rediscover themselves through color and style.
For me, it’s not just about clothes. It’s about creating harmony—inside and out—so your wardrobe feels effortless, your colors bring you to life, and your confidence flows naturally into every part of your day.
I began my career as a marriage and family therapist, and while I no longer practice traditional counseling, that background still shapes how I work. I know how deeply our environment and appearance affect the way we feel. Over the years, I’ve seen the incredible transformation that happens when someone sees their true beauty reflected back at them—sometimes for the very first time.
Working with me is less like shopping with a stylist and more like spending a restorative day with a trusted friend. You’ll feel seen, supported, and celebrated as we uncover what makes you shine. My process is practical and approachable, but also deeply nourishing—like a retreat that continues to serve you every morning when you get dressed.

Color analysis and wardrobe transformations are the heart of my work. They’re where I see my clients light up the most—when the pieces click, the palette comes alive, and their style finally feels like them. For those who want it, I also offer home curation and organization as an additional service, because harmony in your space often goes hand-in-hand with harmony in your wardrobe.

Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with Emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, and Depth Psychology (from Pacifica Graduate Institute)
Stylecore Certified Image Consultant and Color Analyst
Certified KonMari Consultant
Currently a candidate at the Center for Group Studies in New York City, where she is completing advanced training in Modern Analytic Group Psychotherapy (certificate to be conferred January 2026)
